Republic Trusswerks has an immediate need for an experienced CDL Class A Delivery Driver for our Harrisonburg, VA location who will perform deliveries for the surrounding area job sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver our products to required job sites on time
- Provide exceptional on‑site customer service
- Operate independently and reliably in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
- Must have clean driving record and current medical card
- Being reliable in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Preferred:
- Capable of handling wide and over‑sized loads
- Experience with roll‑off trailers beneficial

Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange layout of trusses from a predetermined design.
- Operate woodworking equipment to assemble trusses
- Can work reliably in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs on occasion
- Display excellent communication skills
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Preferred:
- Be familiar with woodworking equipment
- Have experience working with computers

Truss Designer
Republic Trusswerks is looking to expand our experienced team of truss designers at our Harrisonburg, VA location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and professional component designs using customer blueprints
- Create accurate bids, and material and price lists for clients in a timely manner
- Provide engineered truss drawings upon client's request in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to sales associates, contractors and the general public
- Produce placement drawings and design specs based on customer's plans
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- General knowledge of the construction industry
- Minimum of high school graduate - Drafting/Design degree preferred
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Math skills with architectural units, fractions, geometry, and trigonometry
- Requires superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to use 3D CAD design software or similar
- Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Communicate clearly with co-workers, management and customers.
- Organize and prioritize work load and manage time
- Ability to work hours mandated by management
